“Start your engines, please,” said the Rev. Matt Hill, 36, associate pastor of missional ministries at Community Evangelical Church, Lower Heidelberg Township.

At first, there was a rumble.

Then, as about 100 motorcyclists revved their Harley, Honda and Victory engines, the sound became a roar.

And that roar preceded every response of “Lord hear our prayer” at the second annual biker blessing held recently in the hilltop parking lot of the church.  Read More
